1. Customized & Personalized Items

All customized items and personalized gift hampers are final sale. Once an order is placed, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

  • Why? Our hampers are tailored specifically to your unique designs and requirements. Because these products are personalized for you, they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers.

  • Branded Products: Our website provides exact details and images of all branded products to ensure you know precisely what you are ordering before you commit.

2. Damaged During Shipping

We want your Miraaya experience to be perfect. If your order is damaged during transit (before you receive the items), we will take full responsibility.

  • Return/Refund Eligibility: If the product arrives damaged, Miraaya will accept the return and issue a full refund of the purchase price.

  • How to Claim: To be eligible for a refund due to shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and the product to process your claim with our couriers.

3. General Returns

Aside from items damaged during shipping, we do not accept returns based on a "change of mind." We encourage all customers to review their personalization details and product selections carefully before finalizing their order.
