Terms of Service: Product Accuracy & Third-Party Disclosure

By shopping with Miraaya, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our products and services:

1. Third-Party Marketplace Disclosure

Miraaya operates as a curated gifting platform and third-party seller. We do not maintain a physical showroom. We source our premium branded products, jewelry, and luxury items directly from reputable third-party partners and brands.

• Branded Integrity: All branded items (such as Corintti jewelry, watches, and perfumes) are authentic and sourced to match the descriptions provided on our site.

• Limitation of Liability: While we select our partners with the utmost care, Miraaya is not the manufacturer of these branded goods. Any manufacturer-specific warranties are subject to the terms provided by the original brand.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description and imagery of the items shown on miraayame.com.

• Visual Accuracy: We provide high-resolution images to ensure the product you see is the product you receive. However, please note that because many of our hampers include handcrafted elements or natural products (like flowers), slight variations in color or arrangement may occur.

• Customization Specs: When ordering personalized items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate design details. Miraaya will produce the item based strictly on the designs submitted at the time of order.

3. Order Fulfillment & 1-Day Advance Rule

The "Ease of Use" of our site allows for seamless ordering; however, the technical process of preparing high-quality, personalized hampers requires time.

• Mandatory Lead Time: All orders require a minimum of 1 day advance booking. Miraaya reserves the right to reschedule deliveries if the mandatory 1-day lead time is not met during the checkout process.

4. Finality of Personalized Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our gift sets, once a personalized design is submitted and the order is processed, it is considered a binding agreement. As these items are made-to-order specifically for you, they cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
