At Miraaya, we are committed to delivering your luxury gifts and hampers in pristine condition across the UAE. To maintain the quality of our fresh products and the precision of our customizations, we adhere to the following shipping guidelines:

1. Booking & Lead Time

To ensure the highest quality and freshness for your orders—especially for our cakes and floral arrangements—all orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance.

  • Advance Notice: We do not currently offer same-day delivery for customized or fresh items. Please schedule your order accordingly to avoid disappointment.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery fees and specific time slots may vary depending on your city (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.). These will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Personalized Item Processing

Because your hampers are personalized according to your specific designs, please allow for the necessary preparation time mentioned in the product description. This ensures that every detail of your custom gift meets our premium standards before it leaves our facility.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

We take great care in packaging our products; however, we ask that you inspect your items immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice any damage caused during transit, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our support team.

  • As per our Return Policy, Miraaya will provide a full refund for items damaged during shipping before they are accepted by the recipient.

5. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp with your delivery details.
