  • To ensure your flowers will be only the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible, some stems may arrive in bud. This is to further protect the flowers while in transit but to also allow the flowers to last even longer.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the arrangement you receive resembles the arrangement ordered as closely as possible, especially the striking dual-color pattern.

  • We promise delivery of your order in the time slot selected however in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control this might not be met and you will be notified about this in advance.

 

Care Instructions

 

  • This arrangement is self-contained. Do not remove the roses from the box.

  • If Fresh Roses: Check the foam daily. Add a small amount of clean, fresh tap water every 1-2 days by carefully pouring it onto the foam, avoiding the petals.

  • If Eternity Roses (Preserved): Keep the box closed when not on display. Do not water the roses. Keep them away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity.

  • Keep the arrangement in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or strong drafts (like air conditioners).

  • Remove any wilted blooms or leaves as soon as they appear to maintain the freshness and look of the remaining flowers.

  • Do not place it above refrigerator, Television or any other electronic devices.
